Moments to Albums Photography Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 1, 2024

1. Services Provided
Moments to Albums Photography offers professional photography services to clients. My services include but are not limited to portrait sessions, family sessions, event coverage, and product photography.

2. Booking and Payment
- Clients must book photography sessions in advance by contacting me.
- A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a booking.
- Full payment is due on the day of the photography session unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Copyright and Usage
- Moments to Albums Photography retains the copyright to all images taken during photography sessions.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only.
- Commercial use of images requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.

4. Image Delivery
- Edited images will be delivered to the client within 14 days.
- Clients will receive digital copies of high-resolution images through PixieSet.

5. Client Cooperation
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and communicating their preferences before the photography session.
- Clients are expected to cooperate during the session to ensure the best possible results.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 7 days notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Liability
- Moments to Albums Photogarphy is not liable for any loss or damage to equipment or property during the photography session.
- Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during the session.

8. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By booking a photography session with Moments to Albums Photography, you agree to these Terms of Service.
